Hexes & Honey Studio ("we," "us") sells digital products — printable art, journals, and writing resources — at shop.hexesandhoney.studio. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it.
When you purchase a product, our payment processor collects your email address and name so we can deliver your download link and send a receipt. That's the extent of it. We do not require accounts, we do not collect passwords, and we do not ask for information beyond what's needed to complete and deliver your order.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and full payment details go directly to Stripe and are never seen, transmitted through, or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We use your email address to deliver the product you purchased, send your receipt, and respond if you contact us about an order (including refunds). We do not send marketing email unless you separately and explicitly opt in to it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Our storefront itself does not set tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention, as described in their policy.
We rely on a small number of services to operate: Stripe (payment processing and receipts) and our web hosting provider (which serves the site and delivers download files). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Order records (email, product purchased, transaction reference) are retained as long as needed for order support, refund handling, and tax/accounting obligations.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as transaction records). Email us and we'll sort it out.
Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
